Pay Rate: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (base rate + commissions)

Employment Duration: Part‑time

As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with wireless products & solutions they want & need, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving. Your sales will build relationships and support customers within Premium’s 1,300+ wireless retail locations.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
• Keep planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

• Displaying a high‑energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.
• Staying hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Providing fantastic service while displaying integrity.
• Standing/moving around for 8‑10 hour shifts.
• Maintaining flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory; you must be driven to learn. Training will cover wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.
