Qualifications Required Education/Knowledge- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years or more experience as Teller I/II
- Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customer and employees.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer engagement and sales proficiency
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Mathematical skills
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Competence with computers, telephones, and other office machinery.
