Key Responsibilities

As a Certified Roofing Specialist
, you will receive comprehensive training on damage assessments, roofing products, and the process for helping homeowners restore their property to like-new condition. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
  • Rapidly responding to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services.
  • Traveling to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
  • Climbing onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and presenting findings to homeowners (training will be provided).
  • Educating homeowners on the restoration process and serving as a technical advisor to resolve client concerns.
  • Providing estimates, funding options, and collecting payments as required.
  • Working with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners.
  • Obtaining agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
  • Attending weekly sales meetings and actively participating in team communication.
Qualifications
  • A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
  • Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and inspect roofs.
  • Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (scheduling is flexible, but most Saturdays are required).
