We’re looking for a Supervisor Telecom Aerial to join our team and help connect America. The Supervisor Telecom Aerial provides direct, day‑to‑day supervision and coordination for our aerial and/or underground telecommunication construction crews.

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities, project progress, and ensure compliance with predetermined deliverables.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to assist in an assigned area, department, or project.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks, and assist in developing response plans.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Implement and maintain processes to support completion of tasks.

• Prior supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree preferred or advanced training in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1 or more years of project management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States. Must complete pre‑employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
