Büro Partner is a highly successful payroll services business, providing fully managed payroll services to a wide range of international businesses for the past 20 years.

As a company, we are an English-speaking and international team made up from seasoned entrepreneur and professionals.

We are looking for a Communications Expert for our customer care team in Berlin, working for multinational market during our regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • You are main person of contact for business customers
  • Replying to business emails, answering phone calls, providing information, and carrying out data entry or other general administrative duties
  • Independent typing business letters and other documents
  • Deal with any ad-hoc projects and requests
  • Archiving of documents with scanner, photocopying and printing

For this job role it is required to have sensibility in dealing with personal data and confidential information.

Required

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written business communication (in English and German) skills, advisory skills and general math skills
  • You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, business and/or secretarial experience necessary
  • Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook 2013) and applications required
  • A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to esnure timely resolution and an ability to work well under pressure, multi‑task, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance‑related matters
  • Experience in a service provider company environment preffered. Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy and professionalism
  • Analytical and problem solving skills required. Attention to detail a must
  • – Proven ability to work with all members of a team and senior management
