• Finding Korean customers who want to use IT Outsourcing & Software Development services
• Provide support in the preparation of sales kits and materials.
• Assume the role of an account manager in the onboarding process, ensuring client satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.
• Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential clients and actively contribute to building a comprehensive client database.
• For ambitious individuals eager to self-challenge, the scope of work can be extended to include:
• Proactively reach out to new clients to introduce our services.
• Conduct pitching meetings with potential clients for partnership establishment.

• 1+ years of experience in business development.
• Undergraduate or recent graduate in business or economics.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Korea (Korean language certificate equivalent to TOPIK 5 or higher)
• Eager-to-learn, resilient, and challenge-oriented individual.
• Possess a data-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
