Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a high-performing, coachable dental hygienist who is passionate about delivering quality, patient-centered care in Tea, South Dakota.

$40-$50 per hour, plus full benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

• Assist with dental procedures when needed.
• Conduct patient screenings and assessments.
• Administer local anesthesia.
• Expose digital X-rays and conduct intraoral digital scans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to create a seamless patient experience.

• Active South Dakota Dental Hygienist license and CPR/BLS certification.
• A compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with pediatric patients or Open Dental is helpful.
• Interest in leadership or mentoring is welcomed.
