Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our office in a fast-moving call center setting. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving service concerns, guiding customers through requests, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth experience. The person in this role will handle a variety of customer inquiries, provide clear and detail-oriented communication, and help improve service quality through careful follow-up and issue escalation.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or other communication channels and work to resolve service-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Investigate problems such as missed service events, order questions, and account-related issues, then drive each case through completion.
• Enter and manage customer requests accurately while maintaining thorough records and ensuring all necessary follow-up is completed.
• Partner with operational, sales, and billing teams to coordinate solutions and deliver consistent support to customers.
• Guide customers in using available self-service resources so they can access information and complete basic tasks more efficiently.
• Recognize patterns in repeated service issues or workflow obstacles and elevate them to the appropriate team for review and improvement.
• Adjust quickly to updated processes, shifting priorities, and changing daily demands within a growing organization.
