Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our Teaneck, New Jersey location in a fast-paced call center setting. This is a long-term contract position for someone who enjoys solving service concerns, handling requests with accuracy, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.

You will work closely with internal partners to address customer needs and help improve overall service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by researching service-related concerns and driving issues through to resolution, including missed pickups and similar exceptions.
• Enter and manage service requests and customer orders with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring each item is completed in a timely manner.
• Partner with billing, sales, and operations teams to coordinate solutions that align with customer expectations and business processes.
• Guide customers in using available self-service resources so they can access information and complete common tasks more efficiently.
• Recognize repeat service problems or workflow gaps and elevate them to the appropriate internal teams for review and improvement.
• Adjust quickly to updated procedures, shifting priorities, and changing business needs while maintaining consistent service levels.
• Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions, actions taken, and follow-up needs to support effective case management.
