Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our Teaneck, New Jersey location in a fast-moving call center setting. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving issues, guiding customers through solutions, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a positive service experience. The role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and take ownership of service concerns, researching each matter thoroughly to provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Handle service requests and order-related tasks with careful attention to detail, ensuring all items are completed correctly from intake through final follow-up.
• Partner with billing, sales, and operations staff to align on customer needs and help drive efficient, well-coordinated support.
• Guide customers in using available self-service resources so they can access information and complete common tasks more easily.
• Recognize patterns in customer issues and communicate recurring challenges or workflow gaps to the appropriate internal teams for review.
• Adjust quickly to updated procedures, shifting priorities, and changing service demands while maintaining a high standard of support.
