Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our Teaneck, New Jersey location in a fast-paced office setting. This is a long-term contract position for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and ensuring each request is handled with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate brings a service-minded approach, stays organized under changing priorities, and works effectively with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by researching account and service concerns, then provide timely resolutions for issues such as missed pickups and related service disruptions.
• Enter service requests and customer orders with a high degree of accuracy, monitor progress, and ensure each item is completed from intake through final follow-up.
• Partner closely with billing, sales, and operations personnel to address customer needs and keep service delivery aligned across departments.
• Guide customers in using available self-service resources so they can access information and complete common tasks more efficiently.
• Recognize repeated service challenges or workflow obstacles and raise them to the appropriate internal contacts for review and improvement.
• Adjust quickly to updated procedures, shifting workloads, and evolving business priorities while maintaining consistent service quality.
