Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our New Jersey location in a fast-paced call center setting. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who enjoys resolving concerns, managing service requests, and delivering a positive customer experience through clear and effective communication. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and take ownership of service-related concerns, including researching issues and driving them to resolution.
• Enter and manage customer requests with accuracy, ensuring each order or service need is completed in a timely manner.
• Partner with internal departments such as billing, sales, and operations to coordinate effective solutions for customers.
• Guide customers in using available self-service resources so they can access information and complete basic tasks more efficiently.
• Recognize patterns in recurring service challenges and communicate them to the appropriate teams for review and improvement.
• Adjust quickly to updated workflows, shifting priorities, and changing business needs while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and follow-up actions to support consistency and accountability.
• Deliver attentive support in a high-volume environment while balancing responsiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
