Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our Teaneck, New Jersey location in a fast-paced call center setting. This is a long-term contract position suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and takes ownership of resolving service-related concerns. The ideal candidate will deliver a high standard of customer support while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and take the lead in resolving service concerns such as missed pickups and other account-related issues.
• Enter customer requests and service orders with accuracy, then monitor progress to ensure each item is completed in a timely manner.
• Partner with billing, sales, and operations teams to coordinate solutions that align with customer needs and business processes.
• Guide customers in using available self-service resources so they can complete routine tasks more efficiently.
• Recognize patterns in recurring problems and raise them to the appropriate internal teams to support process improvement.
• Adjust quickly to updated procedures, shifting workloads, and evolving business priorities while maintaining service quality.
