We re seeking a caring and mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join our client s outpatient practice serving a vibrant and diverse community in the Bergen County, NJ area. This is a full-time role ideal for a physician who values work-life balance and has a passion for providing accessible, family-centered care to people of all ages and balance care between two locations within NJ.
What You ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all ages, managing both acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine wellness exams, preventive screenings, and coordinate specialty referrals to ensure holistic care
- Build long-term relationships with patients, becoming a trusted partner in their health journey
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team in a setting that values continuity, quality outcomes, and work-life balance
Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- DO is a MUST
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Passionate about community health and working with underserved populations
- Collaborative, flexible, and committed to patient-centered care
