Computed Tomography Tech (CT Tech)

Tehachapi, CA

Contract | Rotating Shift | Wednesday–Friday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | Holiday coverage required when holidays fall on scheduled days

• Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
• Perform general radiography procedures as needed
• Perform fluoroscopy procedures as applicable
• Administer contrast materials via venipuncture as required

• ARRT certification: R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R) required
• California Radiologic Technologist (RT) state license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• California Fluoroscopy license required if operating fluoroscopy equipment
• Venipuncture certification required in California if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
• Advanced ARRT certification in CT modality preferred for California-based positions
• Experience performing a variety of imaging procedures including CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy

• Opportunity to work in a focused, consistent schedule with a set three-day shift pattern
• Gain experience across multiple imaging modalities in a contract role with variety in daily responsibilities
