• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
• Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Assess patients’ conditions and develop therapeutic plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Implement prescribed physical therapy interventions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate and instruct patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and activity modification.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with relevant professional standards and regulations.

• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the United States (standard state requirements)
