We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary care coverage at our clinic in Tehachapi, CA. This outpatient role focuses on managing health maintenance, acute illnesses, and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: See an estimated 22-24 pediatric and adult patients per day.
- Clinical Duties: Perform initial exams, order/administer diagnostic tests, and manage treatment plans.
- Scope of Practice: Treat minor illnesses (cold, flu, UTIs, STDs, rashes) and manage women's health and wellness checks.
- Administration: Manage daily in-basket tasks and ensure accurate documentation.
- Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP only).

Skills:
Proficiency in all-ages primary care. Ability to perform minor procedures (I&D, suturing, toenail removal) is a plus but not required. - Vaccination Policy: Vaccination preferred; medical/religious waivers will be considered.
