UNACEM North America is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to lead our laboratory operations and Plant Mix Chemist team at the Tehachapi Cement Plant. You will partner with Operations, Production, Maintenance, and Technical teams to drive product quality and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role focuses on coordinating testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM and industry standards, maintaining equipment calibration, and developing laboratory personnel
