Teaching Personnel are working with a number of partner secondary schools in the Teignmouth Area to recruit a PE Teacher to work across different school settings. This is an excellent opportunity for ECT, Experienced Teachers, or PE specialists seeking flexible supply or long term roles within supportive school environments.

• Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Promote teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles
• Adapt to different school settings and follow pre-planned lessons where required
• Maintain strong behaviour management and ensure pupil safety
• Contribute to extracurricular sport and school fixtures when appropriate

• Supportive leadership teams and established PE departments
• Good sports facilities and outdoor spaces
• Clear behaviour policies and strong safeguarding practices
• Located across Newton Abbot and surrounding areas

• Qualified PE Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or ECT
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for sport and physical education
• Confident delivering lessons in different school environments
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
