This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience in local schools.

Whether you’re an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate considering teaching, or someone with strong behaviour management and experience working with young people, this could be the perfect next step.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of secondary subjects
Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged in learning
Support pupils in line with school behaviour policies
Gain experience across different schools, year groups and subject areas
Build confidence and develop your education career

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with young people (school, coaching, youth work or similar)
Strong behaviour management and confidence leading a classroom
A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude
The ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
