Job Title: Secondary English Teacher (Day-to-Day Supply)
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time, Temporary, Flexible Day-to-Day Cover
Location: Torbay, Brixham, Paignton, Torquay, and surrounding South Devon areas
Salary: £100 - £165 per day (Paid weekly via PAYE)

As a day-to-day supply teacher, your focus is entirely on impactful classroom delivery and student engagement.
No Planning Burden: Step into pre-prepared classrooms and deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
Behaviour & Environment: Utilise positive classroom management strategies to ensure a welcoming, productive learning space.
Liaison: Work alongside excellent local school support staff and teaching assistants to keep students focused.
Zero Marking Strings: Leave the classroom tidy, leave handover notes for the permanent teacher, and hand over your keys at the end of the day.
Premium Daily Rates: Earn £100 to £165 per day depending on your experience and QTS status.
Guaranteed Income: Peace of mind with our local Guaranteed Work options.
Total Freedom: Manage your availability easily with no paper time sheets. Work 1 day a week or all 5.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
Strong curriculum knowledge of KS3/KS4 GCSE English.
Excellent adaptability and quick rapport-building skills.
