Interim Head of Finance

£275–£300 per day | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | South Devon

This Interim Head of Finance position offers an opportunity to provide hands‑on leadership and strategic financial oversight during a key period of transition. You will lead the finance function, ensuring continuity, strong financial governance and high‑quality reporting, while supporting senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insight. This is a visible and impactful role suited to an experienced finance professional who can quickly add value.

• Lead and support the Finance Team, ensuring continuity, performance and effective day‑to‑day operations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across the organisation
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and timely statutory and audit requirements
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision‑making

• CCAB qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex or regulated environment
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing teams and overseeing audits
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Competitive day rate of £275–£300
