Team Leader, Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the care team on shift.

Ensure all residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.

Administer and oversee medications in line with company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate care plans and resident records.

Liaise with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.

Support with staff training, mentoring, and development.

Assist with shift planning and day-to-day running of the home.

Promote residents' wellbeing through regular assessment and review of care needs.

Medication trained.

Previous experience working in a care setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred).

Flexible to work a varied shift pattern.

Available to work every other weekend.
