Housing Officer, Social Work

Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation on a 9-12 month maternity cover contract.

This role offers an excellent work-life balance through a 32-hour working week across four days, alongside a flexible hybrid working arrangement. Your new role You will be responsible for managing a varied housing management patch, delivering a high-quality service to tenants and customers. Duties will include:
Tenancy management and sustainment Estate management Managing antisocial behaviour cases Resident engagement and tenancy support Arrears management and early intervention Working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes for tenants What you'll need to succeed Recent and relevant Housing Officer experience Ability to manage a full housing management caseload independently Strong knowledge of housing legislation and best practice Excellent communication and customer service skills What you'll get in return Grade 7 salary 9-12 month maternity cover contract
