Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in the Rugeley area. Details of a Warehouse Supervisor
- Rugeley - £32,994.23 per annum including shift allowance
- This is a permanent vacancy - 38hrs a week
- Nights - 10pm - 6am
- Sunday
- Thursday Role of a Warehouse Supervisor
- Forward plan labour and equipment requirements
- Ownership of selected activity area, picking, despatch etc
- Provide support and consult with other areas/leaders to facilitate the integration of other activities and maximise productivity.

- Improve standards of health and safety, 5S housekeeping and organisation
- Provide support to operators and less experienced technical staff
- Lead, develop and motivate operatives
- Ability to operate and process provided warehouse management system (SAP) in an accurate and timely manner Requirements of a Warehouse Supervisor
- Self motivated, adaptable and uses initiative
- Organisation and planning skills
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately
- Ability to manage people and develop capabilties
- Applies analysis and judgement to assess shift performance against key measures to decide between priorities and solve problems
