Seymour John are delighted to be supporting a friendly business based in Telford who are looking to recruit an Office Professional
with experience in both Accounts
and Reception
.
This is a dual-role position
, ideal for someone who enjoys variety. You will spend 2 days per week in the Accounts department
and 3 days per week on Reception
, meeting and greeting customers and supporting the smooth running of the office.
This position would suit someone who enjoys balancing numbers with people-facing responsibilities and thrives in a varied working environment.
Key Responsibilities Accounts (2 days per week)- Managing customer accounts and chasing outstanding invoices
- Checking and processing invoices
- Adding invoices onto the system
- Ensuring banking records are kept up to date
- Supporting invoicing and general accounts administration
- Meeting and greeting customers face to face
- Handling incoming phone calls and speaking with customers
- Relaying messages accurately and efficiently
- Offering refreshments to visitors
- Ensuring the general office runs smoothly
- Providing general administrative support
We are seeking someone who is organised, confident, and approachable, with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an accounts role
- Strong general administration skills
- Experience in face-to-face customer service or reception
- Good attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
