Logistics Clerk​/Senior Logistics Clerk

Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in‑house and third‑party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, Asahi, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.

• Follow up and coordinate sales orders before/after deliveries, communicate with sales, warehouse and transportation team.
• Handle clerical duties including data entries, document printing, scanning and filing.
• Support the team’s daily order handling process.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as necessary.

• HKCEE/DSE or above.
• With clerical experience in order admin.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with experience in Oracle system is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative, independent and hardworking.
• Work Location in Yuen Long (accessible location in the Industrial Estate, with company shuttle bus).
• Candidate with more than 3 years of relevant experiences in order admin will be considered as Senior Logistics Clerk.
