Administrator – Shropshire – £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

ACR are pleased to be working exclusively with a specialist engineering business that delivers precision measurement and calibration services to customers across a wide range of industries to recruit an Administrator. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of customer requirements, engineer schedules, compliance documentation and operational activities. Administrator’s

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries

• Scheduling engineers and coordinating visits to ensure efficient service delivery

• Compiling, reviewing and issuing reports accurately and within agreed timescales

• Maintaining customer, operational and compliance records to a high standard

• Liaising with logistics providers and managing audit documentation to support business compliance requirements

Skills & Experience Required as an Administrator:

• Previous experience within an administrative or coordinator role

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel

• Experience working within an engineering, technical or service-led environment would be advantageous

Benefits Package:

• Salary between £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

• Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm with a 2:00pm finish every Friday

• Company pension scheme
