About the roleOur services operate 24/7, 365 days a year, supporting healthcare professionals and patients across the UK. As a Rota Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our workforce is scheduled effectively, helping us maintain excellent service delivery and ensuring shifts are covered efficiently.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability to support a 24/7 operation. Kindly note, occasional work outside of normal hours may be required to help ensure the smooth running of the service.
About youAs a Rota Admin, you will be a key part of our Resource Coordination Team, helping to ensure our healthcare services are staffed effectively and run smoothly.
Day-to-Day, You'llManage the rota team inbox and respond to staff enquiries.
Speak with colleagues by phone and email to resolve rota queries.
Help fill shifts and support service coverage across operational teams.
Update the workforce systems with accurate information.
Record sickness, annual leave, and other absences.
Work closely with Rota Team Lead, Resource Coordinators and colleagues across the organization.
Support the effective administration of staff rotas and workforce planning.
Ensure service coverage by identifying and escalating staffing gaps.
Regular staff communication via phone and email, including inbound and outbound contact, is essential to this role.
Maintain accurate workforce, absence, and compliance records.
Provide high-quality administrative support for GP and workforce processes, including compliance activities, pay administration, induction, and ongoing enquiries.
Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and stakeholders.
Follow organisational procedures and standards to ensure accurate and efficient administration.
Assist with any other duties considered commensurate to the role.
