About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our clients Payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data and has a keen eye for accuracy.

You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, inputting payroll-related data, and providing administrative support across various payroll and fleet administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and maintain payroll-related data and figures.

* Record and monitor employee absences, ensuring information is accurate and matches payroll records.

* Manage and organise payroll email inboxes, responding to queries and directing communications appropriately.

* File and maintain electronic documents using Microsoft Office applications.

* Support fleet administration activities, including organising and managing fuel cards.

* Ensure payroll records and administration processes are maintained accurately and confidentially.

* Assist with general administrative duties to support the Payroll Team.

* Communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders via telephone and email.

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous administration experience.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with numerical data.

* Good Excel skills and confidence working with Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

* Professional and confident telephone manner.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
