Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:
Engage with stakeholders across all levels to understand business needs and priorities.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication to ensure alignment and clarity.
Planning & Forecasting:
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource forecasts to support delivery.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams through requirements gathering and solution design.
Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis.
Business Analysis:
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using appropriate techniques.
Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Provide regular status updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in business analysis within complex environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to plan, forecast, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
