What We Are Looking For
RBSL is offering a two‑year Level 4 Apprenticeship in Project Management to join our growing Early Careers community at our headquarters in Telford. RBSL is a growing and exciting business that specialises in the design, manufacture and support of military vehicles used by the British Army and has a dynamic Early Careers programme.
Level 4 Associate Project Manager – ST0310Working week:
Monday – Friday
• Total hours per week: 37
• Expected apprenticeship duration: 24 months
• Apprenticeship level:
Higher Level Apprenticeship Level 4
• Closing Date: 5 March (we reserve the right to close applications earlier)
• Interview Date: tbc
• Pay: £22,500 – subject to pay award increase.
This will involve training at college with the remainder of the time spent on site working within the Project Management/business functions to gain knowledge and understanding of how each of these areas support the RBSL business and will build upon the academic knowledge gained from the time at college.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?The apprentice will be released to college where they will study for an Associate Project Management apprenticeship. While in the business they will spend time in various areas of the business function, building upon the knowledge and understanding gained while studying at college.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?On successful completion of the two‑year apprenticeship, apprentices will be eligible to apply for available vacancies within RBSL.
Qualifications- A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4 and above, must include English and Maths
