HR Administrator

Salary:
Starting at £11,315 per annum (actual) (Full time equivalent £26,520)

Location:

Shropshire/ Telford & Wrekin with some hybrid working available.

Holidays: 34 days including statutory holidays per annum, to be calculated pro rata to hours worked

Reports to:

Operational Support Officer

Length:
Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027 (with a view to permanency dependant on funding)

The HR Administrator provides part-time administrative support to the Operational Support Officer. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment administration, supporting onboarding activities, and carrying out general HR administration. This position is suitable for someone who is organised, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
