They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support operational delivery, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST- £213 per day via Umbrella
- 6-month contract
- Telford - 2 days per week onsite
- BPSS clearance required

They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support operational delivery, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
THE BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST ROLE:As a Business Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Business Operations Partner and wider Operations Team to drive efficiency, consistency and innovation across Practice operations.
You will support the alignment of business operations with organisational objectives, contributing to governance frameworks, strategic communications, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role will also involve RAID management, risk mitigation, resource and capacity planning, financial forecasting, reporting, recruitment support and HR process coordination. You will build strong relationships across the business, act as a liaison and escalation point, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
You will also be expected to take initiative and confidently deputise for the Business Operations Partner when required.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST ESSENTIALSKILLS:
- Experience in business operations, resource management, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting governance, reporting and operational planning
- Experience with RAID management and risk mitigation
- Understanding of resource, capacity or financial planning
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement
