As a Bid & Relationship Management Graduate, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop skills across business development, bid management and client relationship management. We're looking for individuals who are curious, proactive and eager to learn. No previous bid writing or relationship management experience is required. Instead, we'll help you develop these skills while applying the transferable experience you've gained through university projects, work experience, internships, volunteering or extracurricular activities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and an interest in building relationships will help you succeed in this role.

This role is based in Telford, and you'll typically be in the office up to three days per week, so you'll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. Due to the nature of the work, you'll be required to attend a secure client site. Your role Support the development of high-quality bid responses, proposals and client presentations that communicate Capgemini's value and capabilities.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, delivery teams and stakeholders to create compelling, client-focused content and solutions.

Conduct research into clients, industries and market trends to support business development activities and identify new opportunities.

Assist with bid planning, content coordination and the maintenance of supporting materials such as case studies and credentials.

Support the development of value propositions that align with client needs and business objectives.

Build relationships with stakeholders across Capgemini and develop an understanding of our services, solutions and client landscape.

Assist Relationship Managers and Portfolio Leads with client engagement and business development activities.

Learn to use AI and digital tools to support research, content development and bid creation.

Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment, contributing to a culture of continuous learning, innovation and shared success.
