Position: Construction Project Manager – 13978

Salary: £Please provide desired rate (competitive)

Location: Telford Central site and the Ludlow, Prees, Oswestry and Shrewsbury sites

Responsibilities

The Construction Project Manager will lead a Technical Project Team, comprising a Design Team and Cost Consultant to support the Client in all aspects of the planning and progression of the project through the Development and Delivery stages of the project to completion and handover. They will work with other members of the Design Team and Cost Consultant to obtain all information necessary to complete the project within the approved project budget and programme.
