Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for a
Site Agent on a permanent basis for a leading MEICA contractor within the Water / Wastewater sector based in
Telford with travel to UK sites/offices
.

Duties will include overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard. Responsibilities will include managing direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing project progress, identifying risks and opportunities, supporting commercial teams with cost/value analysis, liaising with clients/designers/project managers, managing RFI's / NCR's / TQ's, maintaining HSEQ standards, keeping accurate site records, and deputising for the Project / Contracts Manager where required.

• Level 6 in Construction Site Management or above

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Site Agent / Site Management role

• Experience working on Water or Wastewater Treatment projects

• Strong knowledge of civils and mechanical works within the water industry

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Strong IT skills including MS Office and management systems

• Experience managing labour, subcontractors and supply chain partners

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• CSCS Black Card

• First Aid at Work

• Temporary Works Co-Ordinator (TWC)

• Experience under NEC4 contracts

• Knowledge of MS Project / Asta Power project / Primavera P6

• MEICA project experience

• Strong planning / programme management background
