CSA Construction Manager Data Centre Blyth Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join their team.
This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland. Responsibilities Lead Delivery of All CSA Construction Activities Oversee the execution of civil, structural and architectural construction works across the project, ensuring activities are delivered safely, in line with programme milestones, and to the required technical and quality standards. Manage Site Teams, Supervisors & CSA Subcontractors Direct daily site operations for multiple CSA subcontractors and internal supervisors, coordinating labour, materials and logistics to maintain productivity and effective sequencing of works across the site.
Drive Health, Safety & Quality Standards Across CSA Works Promote a strong safety culture on site, ensure compliance with HSE procedures, review method statements and risk assessments, and enforce strict QA/QC standards across all CSA installations. Coordinate Construction Interfaces & Site Logistics Manage workface coordination, access planning, lifting strategies and construction logistics to ensure smooth progression of CSA activities across different project zones.
Monitor Programme Progress, Risks & Site Performance Track progress against the construction programme, lead short-term look-ahead planning, identify risks and constraints, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and productivity targets. Requirements Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background Must have 8 years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres) Must be based within a commutable distance of Blyth, Northumberland Benefits £80,000 - £90,000 Package
