An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established residential developer delivering high quality housing developments across the Midlands.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered commercially, building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and operational teams while identifying opportunities to maximise project profitability.

• Managing the commercial performance of multiple residential developments.
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
• Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Cost reporting, forecasting and budget management.
• Working closely with site teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Managing subcontractor accounts and contractual matters.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• House building experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cost reporting, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Experience preparing valuations and final accounts
• Full UK driving licence.
