Interaction Designer - Government Gateway

We are looking for a Interaction Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.
Key Responsibilities- User-Centred Design:
Build service flows based on real evidence of user needs and government outcomes. - Prototyping & Testing:
Create wireframes, user flows, and digital prototypes. - Accessibility & Inclusion:
Ensure designs meet strict public sector accessibility regulations and work for everyone, regardless of digital skills. - Collaborative Delivery:
Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, content designers, and product managers.
- Evidence-Based Design:
Using research and data analytics to test design hypotheses. - Designing Together:
Collaborating openly and communicating the value of good design to non-technical stakeholders. - Iterative Design:
Improving and adapting designs rapidly as new user needs or technical constraints emerge
