Call Centre Agent – Telford, TF3 4NT

• Saturdays: 1 in 3 per month. Flex on shifts between 8am - 4pm.
• 31 days holiday (pro rata) including all bank holidays.

Orbit Credit Services provide a range of debt services to our water clients to help resolve their customers' problems. We have over 200 people working with us at our Telford office. Orbit is based in the town centre around a 15‑minute walk away from the train station and a 10‑minute walk to the main bus station.

We are looking for team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic and outlook to 5‑star customer service. If you have experience in Customer Service environments in Retail, Hospitality or Care, or are a recent college leaver looking to kickstart your career in Customer Service, or an experienced customer service professional looking for a new rewarding role, you might be a good fit.

• Support customers to achieve financial wellbeing.
• Engage customers on inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to support financial stability.
• Handle calls where you will support potentially vulnerable customers to deliver solutions with care and empathy.

Once you have completed our excellent 4‑week training, you will move onto our weekly shift patterns to support our customers when they need us.

Option of a 37.5 or 40 hour per week contract with shift patterns that will depend on the client.
