We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy and growing organisation. Reporting into the Client Services Team Leader and based in Telford, the main function of the role will be to provide our customers with excellent service from order receipt to supply of materials and/or service through to invoicing within a timely manner, ensuring they are managed successfully.

Key Responsibilities
- All the following is based on initial training and completion of the program provided. Some tasks will be viable immediately, and some over time upon reaching training milestones and gaining understanding of the system / products and business.
- Initial expectation is for the individual to learn how to navigate the SAP system and understand what orders look like, how customer orders and codes present, and how we enter them onto the system and recognize what journey they then follow through to completion and invoice.
- Learn and understand how to recognise when customer’s orders or sales bills of materials and product codes don’t present correctly and initiate a conversation with whoever supplied the order so it can be rectified.
- Multi-tasking, being able to handle multiple customer orders and queries, including POD retrieval, delivery progression, general customer queries on orders or invoices whilst working within a busy environment.
- Coordinate, manage and bring together multiple elements of an order.
- Manage and prioritise your own workload.
- Understand and action reports (where required).
- Date manage orders and invoicing information.
- Ensure the customer is responded to in a timely manner.
- Keep a calm and composed manner in stressful and time sensitive situations.
- Communicate confidently with internal departments, sales teams and outside suppliers.
- Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly and in line with GDPR regulations.
- Comfortable using a broad range of communication styles and chooses the most effective way to communicate in various situations, clearly and accurately in a respectful tone and manner.
- Accuracy and adherence to company policy and procedures when handling customer orders and queries.
- Update and retrieve information on a variety of customer portals and platforms.
- Ability to offer improvements to process within team and wider Whittan team.
- Minimum A-C grade Maths and English
- Available on a full time, permanent basis
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent data entry skills
- Good Telephone manner, polite and confident
- Team Player
- Good time management skills
- Can multitask and manage/prioritise own workload
- Basic working knowledge of SAP
- Holds a full and valid UK driving licence
