Full time - Permanent

Location: Donnington, Telford

Salary: £26,227.50 per annum

Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience.
  • Work to deadlines while delivering quality customer service.
  • Update and maintain customer records on an ongoing basis.
  • Support sales teams, both field-based and inside sales.
  • Promote products on call, in line with relevant promotional activity.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate messages and build trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver a superior customer care experience.
  • Ability to work in a team and achieve common goals.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience with SAP (desirable).
