• Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
• Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs.
• Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services.
• Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.
