What you’ll do.You’ll join our Assistant Relationship Management Team Novuna Business Cash Flow
. In this role, you’ll support businesses by managing a caseload of accounts and helping them with their day-to-day needs. You’ll work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure clients receive excellent service while helping to protect our lending. This role reports to the Client Services Team Leader. - Stay in touch with clients, keeping them updated on actions and any issues with their accounts
- Support Relationship Managers with account reviews and help surrounding teams when needed
- Act as a point of contact for queries, making sure issues are resolved quickly
- Handle admin tasks and respond to client questions with care and accuracy
You’re someone who’s eager to learn and loves helping others. You’re organised, friendly, and excellent at solving problems quickly. You enjoy working with people and take pride in creating positive outcomes. Do you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude?
You’ll be a great fit if you:- Have an inquisitive mindset with great attention to detail
- Can talk with clients in a clear, reassuring, and professional way
- Are organised and comfortable managing a varied workload
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
