Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative for our Telford branch to provide friendly, face-to-face and digital banking support across a range of customer needs. You will help customers with everyday transactions, guide them to digital tools, and work as part of a local branch team to deliver excellent service.
The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, part-time, 28 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with training and opportunities to grow within banking products and services.
