Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our new branch in Telford. You will deliver a consistently excellent customer experience for service and vehicle repairs, communicating clearly with customers and team members. The role suits someone with prior customer service experience who can handle a busy workshop and upsell where appropriate.
Full-time hours are 8am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings. A UK driving licence is required for this position.
