About the Role

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist / Practice Manager to join our friendly and well-established dental practice. This is a hands-on role with a strong reception focus, ideal for a senior dental nurse or experienced dental receptionist who is ready to take the next step into management.

This position is suited to a motivated, switched-on individual who enjoys being patient-facing while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-house reception duties, including patient bookings, enquiries, and diary management

Supporting daily practice operations and workflow

Assisting with staff coordination and rota management

Supporting compliance, policies, and practice procedures

Handling patient queries and supporting complaint resolution

Managing dental software

Liaising with clinicians, nurses, and external suppliers

Ideal Candidate

Confident, organised, and proactive

Comfortable working on reception and taking ownership of practice operations

Familiar with dental software

Strong communication and organisational skills
