Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Telford - January Start

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential? We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming Telford school from January.

About the role:

Full-time, long-term position starting January 2026

Supporting children in Year 1 and Year 2 with their learning, behaviour, and wellbeing

Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions

Supporting children with SEND and helping create an inclusive classroom environment

About you:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred, but experienced unqualified candidates will also be considered

Experience working with children in schools or SEND units

Positive, energetic, and passionate about supporting children's development

Patient, approachable, and confident in managing behaviour
