About the Role
Smile Education is seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a welcoming and inclusive local primary school in Telford.

This role offers the chance to help children achieve their full potential in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

What you’ll do:

Support teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms
Work with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Encourage positive behaviour and active participation

You’ll need:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Recent experience in a KS2 setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
